Location is nice, supers are Fospitable and responsive Poor ventilation, restaurant on the first floor, smells transpire through all apartments, massive piles of garbage in front entrance due to the restaurant which attracts all kinds of creatures, music and chattering until midnight or sometimes even later, no light coming in the Alat, constant problems with central air, bad water pressure, no hot water in peak hours, thin walls Please be more responsive and plan things in advance
