Pros: The staff are amazing in the building Cons: In addition to rent increase they have been adding an abatement tax every year which has never been explained why it’s allowed outside of rent increases

This building is soo dated, I mean it's over 15 yrs old now, with the original finishes, corridor carpets, etc. Don't be fooled with the grandiose foyer, that is immaculate because they clean it every day, just go up onto any floor corridors and see for yourself. Everything is old and dated and it smells. The finishes in the apartments are so cheap, everything is Home Depot quality, it's truly awful. And don't get me started on the appliances. They pretend to be a high end, luxury rentals, but really, it's a "emperors new clothes" situation...and these apartments are very expensive for what they are! And you can hear everything - these walls are paper, and you'll hear every step above you and no one will do anything about that. Buyer be aware -if you think you got a "deal" on your rent, just wait...the next year they will hit you with enormous rise in rent, because of the 420 tax abatement which they transfer onto you, because they legally can!!! Read that fine print in your contract!!! They never clean the carpets, maybe once a year. Windows in the apartments are so filthy and again, they Never wash them. There is ever so present stench of dogs fesces as soon as you exit the building...urine everywhere, smears of poo everywhere, it is so gross. They only rinse the very front door area , never the actual sidewalk that is soiled with excrements. Dear Glenwood, if you are reading this, know that people are not stupid and they know what you are up to.

Unit 17D Pros: Beautiful and impressive lobby, really luxurious apartments, and great common space. I loved the indoor pool. The building is in an amazing location. The person in the leasing office was really helpful and friendly. This was one of my favorite apartments for sure. Cons: Glenwood apartments require a higher income threshold and the approval process can be a bit cumbersome.

Pros: -Great building amenities which include a 24 hour doorman, package room, lounge, gym, and pool -Friendly building staff (mostly) -Attentive to resident safety and appropriate precautions taken in response to COVID -Mostly working professions and families in building Cons: -Apartment finishings could be a bit nicer, but fine for what it is -Leasing office can be difficult to get in touch with -Loud creaky noises within 5th floor apartment unit on very windy days, but fine otherwise Advice to landlord: Ensure building staff understand how to correctly wear a face mask
