Super clean, spacious and amazing views. The staff is really nice and sweet. The walls are thin. My neighbor would complain even when I would talk or laugh a little loudly which was pretty annoying.

The rent Iemains affordable for NY standards Everything Iemains Nresh and Cpotless don't allow lease extensions if you stop being a student.
