88 Leonard is a phenomenal building in a great location with exceptional staff. Living here is like a dream. Maintenance issues are resolved swiftly and attentively. The team as a whole is very attentive, courteous, friendly, and welcoming. You have direct access to Tribeca and SoHo. The street is generally quiet and peaceful. The building is dog-friendly. The interiors are always clean and well-maintained. Definitely the best experience I've had since living here in NYC.

So far everything has been great. The property is really nice, modern, and clean. Not too many kids which I like and lots of dogs which I like even more! Staff and management have been really friendly and helpful

Overall great experience. Would love to see some outdoor tvs and updated outdoor furniture for the nicer months. The staff is wonderful and very responsive. I have enjoyed living at 88 for over a year.

I love it here. Such a great place to live! The staff is incredible, the amenities are great, the rooftop view is spectacular, and the apartments are very nice! Would recommend to anyone looking to move!!

More than just a building, 88 is a solid friendly community thanks to the awesome staff, great maintenance crew, excellent location, beautiful upkeep, great pool table, and plenty of patience for my crazy dog!

It is a pleasure to live here, access to all the amazing gems of lower manhattan. Amazing professional staff and incredible scenery and amenities. Building is clean, appliances are modern and the rooftop has amazing views.

it's been only a few months living at 88 Leonard for us but it's been wonderful. the management and listened and tried to resolve our issues with certain smells traveling from other apartments to ours from earlier on. and whenever we have problems in the apartment, the maintenance fixes them right away.

88 Leonard is a well maintained, and well-managed property. Doormen are friendly and helpful. Property amenities are excellent. However, I do believe that the security for the building is lax and needs to be improved.

Great location and community members in the build. The building unit is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's a short walking distance to the west highway Hudson River, Seaport, FiDi board walk.
