Pros: Apartments are huge, lots of closets, modern appliances. Building is very clean. Garbage is disposed of daily. Landlord and superintendent are very receptive and responsible. Cons: No issues at all. Loved this building. Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you are doing 👍
