elevator, nice neighbors, nice neighborhood, garbage disposal packages constantly get stolen, mgmt nonresponsive, pests (roaches and bedbugs), building door is regularly broken, this place is nit maintained and is filthy be more responsive and do a proper job

Large spacious Apace Owner is not responsive to tenant complaints Owner tries to skimp on providing things to tenants Bedbugs, roaches etc Garbage room is unkempt The super has his kids doing a lot of the “maintenance” for the Bacility such as garbage and mopping There’s a lot of Laucous music at all hours of the day/night Elevator breaks down frequently Packages are frequently stolen Maintain the Bacility better!

- Elevator in Besidence - Live-in Super - Great neighbors - packages were stolen, no working cameras in mail area/lobby (even tho You've got signs) - cockroaches - pest control was good, but would only come out on specific day of the month. During normal work hours too - trash rooms need more TLC I know a lot of the residents have been there for many years, but it’s time to spruce the place up a bit. Get more security in the lobby/mail area. The lobby is massive, you could easily get a package concierge locker to help with theft. Also, pest control should be mandatory to all apartments at least 2-3x a year. Any other time, can be voluntarily. Victor is Ancredible also!!

This building has zero redeeming qualities. The list of problems is endless. The mgmt team shows zero concern for residents' wellbeing. Package theft is constant, the elevator frequently breaks down, heating operates on an automatic timer, and water temperature fluctuates unpredictably. There's a significant bed bug problem along with other pest issues. The flooring is damaged and mgmt patches it with caulk instead of proper repairs (code violation), exterior bricks are deteriorating (another violation), the front entrance door malfunctions regularly, and the entryway is often occupied by an unauthorized individual who steals residents' deliveries. This property is absolutely terrible and should be removed from the rental market entirely. THE ENTIRE mgmt STAFF SHOULD BE REPLACED.

People are nice ? Rooms are big Where do I start… - BEDBUGS !!!!!! Building exterminator treatments don't work, mgmt doesn’t care - ITS DISGUSTINGLY grimy!!! Garbage builds up in the trash rooms and attracts roaches and flies, hallways always smell of trash - packages and mail consistently get stolen, on my first day here my mirror got stolen when I ran outside for less than 3 mins to grab something from my car, my debit card got stolen from my mailbox, I now get all my mail sent to a friends address because it seems almost every package goes missing - mold in the bathrooms - two out of the four radiators in the apartment don’t work and the super refuses to fix them - AVOID THIS mgmt COMPANY!!! They’re terrible to work with, communication is horrible, they will belittle every issue you bring to their attention, and overall rude !!!! Literally just quit ur job and go to hell
