Unit 5A Pros: Relatively good community, wonderful tenant association fighting for their neighbors Cons: SO many roaches and mice Mold/mildew painted over by maintenance instead of being cleaned Ceilings and walls have cracks/holes exposing insulation Slow/non-existent maintenance/owner response time Little to no heat in Fall/Winter; banging heaters that are not flushed regularly Paint jobs done irregularly/chipping paint throughout the year with no maintenance Lack of renovations for long-time tenants, but newly renovated apartments given attention for newer tenants Wheelchair elevator inaccessible; key to turn on/off does not work; accessibility elevator malfunctioned very soon after being installed Packages consistently stolen Parking lot is small, not taken care of in any way and only available to about 5 cars in a 7-story, 40+ family apartment building
