Unit F Pros: Good neighbors who are fighting the fight with a rent strike. Cons: Too many too list. Don’t have the time or the space. Constant leaks. Damage to property consistent. Hot water above the legal limit. Gets cold randomly. Rats everywhere outside. Possibly in the walls. Front gate always open. Mailbox doesn’t close. Everything sucks.
