Unit 404 Pros: The gym is usually empty, rooftop is nice in the summer, the apartment itself is well kept and the living area was large with big windows and a terrace. Kitchen is a good size and there’s decent storage. Cons: Location, it’s far from the nicer part of bushwick, train is a bit of a walk plus running to the platform wasn’t fun. My room in the 3 bed was so so tiny but the master bed is huge.

Pros: This building has private patios and an elevator. The mail sorting system is more or less functional. Cons: When you need to contact management about issues, you're lucky to receive a response sometimes. If you move here, expect to be on your own a lot of the time in dealing with disturbances/problems. Advice to landlord: Enforce rules and respond to tenants' attempts to raise issues, please.
