Unit 329 Pros: - Building staff onsite weekdays - Entrances on multiple sides of building - Dishwasher and modern appliances - Package room is a little disorganized, but I have never had any issues with finding a package or mail Cons: - Small apartment (studio) - Ventilation is bad, smell of neighbors cooking easily seeps inside other apartments. Some tenants smoked cigarettes (even though its a no-smoking building) and some of the smell would get into apartments. - Realty company unresponsive and hard to talk to - No microwave included - Laundry in building, but some tenants are irresponsible with not picking up their laundry from the dryers or leaving the washers with pet hair all over. - Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors (or their TVs, music, etc) Advice to landlord: This is a good building, but due to the thin walls, you may have loud neighbors. Amenities that are advertised are okay, not as great as they seem when looking at photos online.

Pros: Close to the JMZ lines. Gym in building with no fee. Lots of natural light in my apartment! Maintenance have been responsive and come and fixed things for me as needed. Cons: Having a gym without amenities fees is nice although the other amenities like the pool table, grills, and furniture on the roof are unusable. Walls are thin! Advice to landlord: Better care of common spaces

Pros: Rarely had my packages stolen. Everyone seems nice though neighbors can be loud sometimes. Close to the J train and M Train. The maintenance guys are great and the to keep the property clean. Cons: The building has seen more wear and tear for what it costs. Tons of amenities but they aren’t that great or well used. Machines in the laundry room are often broken.

Pros: Pros: Elevator, control heat/ac, non street-facing side is pretty quiet, modern finishes/appliances/bathrooms/kitchen, laundry in building, gym in building, package room, virtual doorman, hallways are vacuumed and lobbies are mopped Cons: Cons: the rooms are very small, management is not always responsive, the washer and dryers are sometimes broken and it’s not apparent so your money gets taken or you waste laundry detergent/fabric softener, you can smell smoke and food from others apartments in the hallway and in your apartment, the hallway can be pretty noisy at times from people coming in and out, the walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors including loud music and barking dogs, the carpets in the hallway are filthy with spots, and the elevator floors are always dirty

Pros: Great roof view of the city and new appliances Cons: Roof gets trashed every weekend. Furniture is broken and loud parties every night during summer time. Plane room has no pool sticks since they get broken every week. Packages stolen on a regular. Not worth it. Advice to landlord: Do better

Pros: Have been very responsive the few times I’ve needed, affordable especially given the amenities Cons: Package drop off issues Room wasn’t ready when I moved in Feels kind of like a work in progress sometimes, like the courtyard space is definitely unused and the hallways/ceilings are interesting
