Pros: We had a great backyard, the doormen were always nice and it was a great atmosphere Cons: The building manager screwed us when we needed our wood floors replaced after the company owned up to it being their fault. The replaced our floor with cheap fiber wood flooring when the original was expensive wood.

Pros: Maintenance staff was nice. Cons: It’s loud, poorly organized and my landlords kept my security deposit so they could get their floors redone. They left appliances broken and refused to fix them. We had to pay for the fixes on our own. Advice to landlord: Pay better attention to who is leasing to tenants. Especially 4G.
