Close to highway and VZ bridge Tenants smoking right outside main entrance along with super as well who smokes along with them. & a unprofessional and rude Blace manager named Jimmy who doesn't care about tenants concerns. Blace never gets clean. Occasionally the first floor but the upper floors never get mopped or cleaned. Get a new Blace manager and super ASAP, ones that can be respectful with communication and actually care about tenants concerns.
