Clean, Bivid lobby with Fffable neighbors and doormen. Great sense of community. Bike room and Laundry made life easy. well kept Bacility. We would get the occasional mouse or roaches, but It's New York. No real shopping nearby in the neighborhood beyond groceries. Keep up the good work!

It's clean, there's 24hrs security, laundry room, and there's easy access to restaurants, cafe, and grocery stores. There's a a lot of pest specifically mouses and roaches. Laundry room close at 11pm. do a better job at keep pest away

Clean, bright lobby with friendly neighbors and doormen. Great sense of community. Bike room and Laundry made life easy. well kept Blace. We would get the occasional mouse or roaches, but It's New York. No real shopping nearby in the neighborhood beyond groceries. Keep up the good work!

great neighborhood with fantastic dog-friendly amenities. The security team and maintenance crew are genuinely pleasant and dedicated to their work. sadly, the mgmt company is dismissive and habitually denies resident concerns about needed repairs, refusing to address problems until they absolutely must. The heating and hot water systems are in terrible condition.

The security team and maintenance crew are genuinely pleasant and put in real effort. sadly, the mgmt company won't return calls and repeatedly dismisses resident concerns about needed repairs through misleading explanations. They refuse to address problems until they're forced to take action because they can no longer deny the issue exists. The heating and hot water systems are in terrible condition.
