Pros: Spacious, beautiful views of Ditmas park, big closets, new(ish) kitchen, mostly great neighbors Cons: Lead paint, rats and mice inside and outside. Thin walls, can hear people throughout the building, slow maintenance repairs, water damage and mildewy bathroom, roaches and one really crazy tenant Advice to landlord: Full scale renovation is needed. Make actual repairs, don’t just paint over issues.
