Pros: It's affordable, near Prospect Park and trains, and many of the units have large common spaces. The hallways are regularly cleaned and we;ve never had issues with neighbors Cons: Hot water frequently goes out, management is very unresponsive and rude, heat is inconsistent, and when things do get fixed it's done so cheaply

Unit 4J Pros: We had a 4 bed two bath with lots of sunlight Cons: The building had a chronic bed bug infestation that left me no choice but to break our lease. Advice to landlord: Eradicate the bed bugs and get key fobs for all of your tenants.

Pros: Cheap and close to the park Cons: The garbage rooms are disgusting and they have a really bad roach problem. Some of the apartments face courtyards that aren't clean and flood. The super and management are really slow to answer. And there has been a case of bedbugs in the last year. Advice to landlord: Deep clean the garbage rooms

Pros: Pretty standard for an old building, fairly clean building, neighbors mostly families and respectful, working elevator, spray for bugs regularly. Lots of space in the apartments. Rent stabilized. Cons: Super not very responsive management owns next door building and he services both. Laundry only open 8am-6pm. Door locks always being tampered with by residents and intercom system doesn’t work. Advice to landlord: Expand laundry hours, fix doors
