Unit 203 Pros: This building has the kindest and most responsive management and staff. They go above and beyond to make the building a lovely place to live, and even go so far as to add little things here and there like plant boxes around our street trees. The owner himself came and planted flowers in the spring. The building is somewhat nondescript exteriorly, but the apartments are well designed and spacious and almost all have ample private outdoor space. The neighbors are kind and respectful, the location is incredible. There is storage and parking on the basement level, but there is a wait list typically. Cons: There is very little I don’t like. The kitchens and baths could use some aesthetic upgrades, but the current fixtures are good quality and lasting, and when an older appliance gives out, it is replaced immediately. Advice to landlord: No advice needed. This is a great place to live.

Unit 602 Pros: Clean, comfortable, reliable building (stuff just works and if it doesn't, they fix it); every unit has a washer and dryer; building has central air conditioning; most units have good views and balconies; the roof has great views too; good appliances and tasteful kitchens in updated apartments Cons: No Verizon FiOS Advice to landlord: Keep it up, it's been a pleasure to live here the last 4+ years. The building is comfortable and easy to live in, and the rent/increase is very reasonable given all the wild stuff we've seen on the market lately
