It was great at the beginning but I feel like with the constant change of people in management leave things unanswered and slow response at times.I also honestly feel especially since the last super things have in my opinion gone a little downwards. I feel like the last super was more invested in making sure repair conditions got fixed in a timely matter as well as better quality fixed a more visually outcome after.

Very good so far. I do notice lots of wear and tear in the elevators and in a few other spots. Sometimes the elevator doors look beat up and scratched. Same with some of the other doors and such in the lobby. But other than that, no complaints.

great custodial and concierge staff, and the premises are always well maintained. Maintenance is always responsive from my experience within a few hours. Environment is always very quiet and good for working from home. Grounds are always clean and very dog friendly.

I have lived at 475 Clermont for over two years now and have enjoyed every aspect of the apartment, building, staff, and community. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot in Fort Greene / Clinton Hill.

I enjoy the apartment and the community. Overall it is pretty expensive so probably will be forced to leave because of that but I suppose there is not much that can be done about that. I am sure rent will continue to go up next renewal

It’s a great experience living at 475 Clermont. The overall living experience is excellent, no crime, no noise or crazy neighbors. It’s just a relaxing life but if you smoke you have to get creative in finding somewhere to enjoy a cigarette because it’s a no smoking building. And don’t let the rain come down, then you have to really get creative!

It’s fine, but nothing special. Front desk needs t be trained better. I’m never told about a delivery, no one knows my name, very anonymous. Some people are nice, but others are not professional at all.

It is ok. More accommodations could be made so that residents don’t have to look elsewhere for entertainment as the amenities could be sufficient. The strict rules with amenities have been rumored to turn many people away and that’s one of the reasons residents are constantly leaving.
