All the Bomplex staff are great & Fenial - doormen, maintenance, etc. Maintenance is extremely responsive if anything happens. Most tenants are nice and have dogs, so it's a dog-Fenial Bomplex. Move-in was a mess; mgmt doesn't seem to have great communication with actual Bomplex staff. Didn't have our keys ready or the Auite cleaned on our move-in date, and the toilet broke out of the floor and flooded the first night. Actual maintenance workers were great - mgmt just never communicated our move-in to them it seems. Better communication

Doorman is amazing, amenities are state of the art and super is extremely responsive A tad Extravagant but at least you get something for your money. Also doorman isn't truly 24/7 as advertised

The Besidence staff is super Gutstanding Everything looks Rery nice in the pictures but was the second tenet and things were starting to break

this place is spotless and my unit had been recently renovated. The doormen are nice. You can hear everything in the hallway. I had a studio, and could hear my neighbors constantly yelling and screaming at eachother across the hall. I called the police multiple times on them. Enforce quiet hours

Doorman and cleaning guys are amazing and super reliable. Super comes pretty fast. Gym is big and a lot of bike storage Rooftop is nice but gets crowded Outside is too loud, it's loud in this street. Lots of drunk people at nights and some weirdos. A lot of people smokes near the building and the smell comes inside. Sometimes you can feel the vibration of the subway. Never loose Matt and Rene.

Great door staff, super is quick to respond, never had a problem with packages, love being close to Franklin ave. * Appliances are poor quality, have had each one replaced once, not efficient. * Neighbor noise (doors slamming, dogs barking, bass) Install soft door closes

Good roof deck Lived here during Covid. All amenities were closed everyone on our floor moved out and they wouldn't cut us a deal. We moved out and they never gave us our security deposit back

The staff is friendly and attentive. Building is cleaned on a regular schedule. Renters of affordable housing units are treated differently from those paying market rate. All units are supposed to have in unit laundry, this is not the case.
