The dishwasher functions well and the bathroom is pleasant. The neighboring residents are friendly. The apartment maintenance is seriously lacking, with mold problems in the basement due to trash storage in that area. Noise from the restaurant on the ground floor becomes an issue if your unit overlooks the yard.
