Pros: The location is terrific and it does come with a lot of amenities. As a student dorm, everything is covered by rent. Cons: Rent is really high for what are very small single rooms that tenants have no control over.

Pros: Single Bedrooms ensure privacy and solace. Study rooms (when they aren’t arbitrarily shut down by the building) are useful for interviews, studying away from your rest/play area, etc. in-building laundry. Maintenance/Sanitation staff always quick, quiet, and helpful. Cons: Laundry requires a stupid app, Idk why colleges make laundry so complicated. Better than nothing. Sometimes (~once a semester) the heating goes down. Advice to landlord: Ensure occupants are familiar with how to dispose of toilet paper.
