Looks nice at first but it’s deceiving. Avoid this place at all costs. Felt physically unsafe after I was threatened by my neighbor for reporting constant bass music til 5am and mgmt did nothing. mgmt trespassed, entering my Auite without consent, the day after I fled the Auite (with time still on the lease) and then took pictures of my Auite (with all of my belongings inside) without consent and posted them online while listing the Auite for $1,000 more. They don’t give a shit about their tenants safety or privacy and don’t abide by the lease. The walls are paper thin. No hot water for 7 days straight. The water is sometimes brown. There was loud construction going on in the lobby the entire time I lived here. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor’s alarm clock going off or tv playing constantly. You can even hear what they’re saying. The pros are that the apartments look nice at first sight, cons are everything else. I hated this place after the first week - could never sleep or work due to a crazy neighbor blasting insanely loud bass music all throughout the day and night until 4-5am. mgmt did nothing even after I sent recordings besides tell her to quiet down. After I reported her a few times she violently threatened me and even then mgmt told me I could not get out of the lease and that they “hope I have good neighbors” in my next Auite. They basically said oh I’m sorry you got threatened by your neighbor but anyways pay the rest of the lease and hope you have good luck next time! This is hands down the worst place I’ve ever lived. Don’t move in here if you care about your safety and sanity. I’ve had bad experiences before but this one really tops all the past ones. You’ll probably end up withholding rent for some reason if you stay here. I rented the 1 bedroom for 2.3k in 2022 and they just listed it for 3.3k LOL. Even after paying 2.3k I feel ripped off. As a side note, I met other neighbors who said they were withholding rent for no hot water for over a week. I also heard they deduct hundreds of dollars from the security deposit for little things like holes from nails in the wall. Maybe actually try to not be a shit mgmt company? Try to be less greedy and money hungry, and try to have some human decency and empathy towards your tenants. Evict tenants who threaten other tenants safety and do something besides saying “hope this gets resolved” about ongoing issues and then taking no action. Also don’t trespass multiple times into tenants apartments, doing showings of the Auite with 0 notice to the tenant while the tenant wasn't home.

This building is beautiful and modern. There's a movie theatre and a nice roof area. A janitor empties the refuse room every week. This building is smack in the hood. I’m from the hood but it’s still nerve wracking to walk through 30-40 men standing around on the sidewalk to get to the door. Packages get stolen REGULARLY. The water is brown CONSTANTLY. The AC units malfunction periodically. The front door is easily manipulated to get inside. Someone had a party on the roof this summer and destroyed most of the furniture and the guests most likely stole packages that night cause my packages and all the rest were GONE. The elevator gets stuck on the basement floor sometimes. There’s no soundproofing in the apartments. There’s no building manger to make sure concerns are addressed. Honestly, the rent is toooo high for it to be like this. Do better. Please. Or hire someone to manage the building.

- cleaning crew came regularly to Cmmaculate out garbage - updated appliances - Siny gym which was decent and Cmmaculate - super market right below us - We had a huge mice infestation towards the end of our lease with mouse poop everywhere on our personal belongings. Had to harass mgmt for 2 weeks before someone came to see the issue. -We also had a huge water leak in our ceiling for about 6 months that we told mgmt about multiple times and no one came to look at it or fix it. mgmt is unreliable and we had to file a 311 complaint. -Rery neighbors are loud at times and the communal trash was always so disgusting due to our neighbors until the cleaning crew came to empty it out - at time hot water and water in general would be shut off with no notice or short notice and sometimes we had water pressure issues and brown water - mgmt doesn’t do anything and doesn’t respond to any maintenance tickets or text message or calls when trying to contact him - laundry was fine but each week one of the washers don’t work or there will be left over water in one of the washers - shared space with the grocery store below us through the basement which was kind of sketchy at times but nothing happened to me personally - packages stolen often!

New building, clean, automated ticketing system for repairs. The neighborhood is lovely Rampant package theft. I’ve had more packages stolen than received this year. Someone who lives in the building was arrested for stealing packages at some point but the package theft never stopped. Walls are absolutely paper thin. The neighbors on my floor are respectful but I hear horror stories from the other floors. Water is regularly brown and mgmt won’t believe you when you report it, instead they gas light you and tell you that everyone else’s water is fine - even when you’ve sent pictures that yours is brown after running the water for over an hour. I’ve spent a week without water clean enough to consume or bathe in. The hot water has also been shut off without any notice several times. The laundry machines are not only grimy and often broken but more expensive than drop off in this neighborhood. The ‘rec’ areas are a joke, those rooms are usually full of trash from the grocery store on the bottom level, they are not usable and often not accessible. There's no locked or secure separation between the grocery store and the residential part of the building which seems sketchy to me. I’ve lived in buildings owned by slumlords and this isn’t quite at that level but it’s not far. Hilarious that they also aggressively price their units and aim to push people out as soon as they can with no regard for anything but a higher profit. Believe what your tenants are telling you is going on in your building, fix the water issue and throw away those laundry machines, they are absolutely terrible.
