Bike storage area in the entryway Nice residents, never had any problems with noise or package theft Sometimes maintenance is really fast (for smaller issues like light bulbs) mgmt isn't always responsive - I've had a few maintenance tickets opened for months. Also I've never met my landlord in person.

- Laundry in basement (at least as of 2019) - Updated throughout - Video intercom - Exposed brick - Online system for paying rent/submitting maintenance requests - Slow to respond to requests and virtually unreachable on weekends - They will try to sneak in extra charges when you move out so make sure you're present for the walk through Get someone who's available to respond to requests/fulfill them on weekends when the usual staff isn't able to!!

Central A/C & heat, modern finishes, a lot of space, a good amount of storage mgmt was inattentive & unresponsive, & penny pinched every fix. Basement flooded and we were told it was our fault because we didn’t clear a drain that we had no idea existed Fix your building in a way tht will last longer. It might cost more money up front but it will save you a lot of momey and phone calls in the future. The amount of profit you make from our rent should have more than covered it

Has laundry, never had to deal with pests. Good enough shower and good heat/ac The mailbox has been broken since before I lived here, and has never been fixed. My fridge drips and my oven doesn’t work. The dryer doesn’t stop after an hour, which, if you’re budget-minded, isn’t a con. Our repair requests are answered, but mostly by someone who shows up, shrugs it off, and hits the road.

Great distance from all the trains, gorgeous Apace, great amenities (central AC/heat, laundry in the basement) The stoop smells like piss a lot. People tend to congregate on the sidewalk outside the next door Bomplex a lot in the summer and it can be loud at night sometimes. For me personally, mgmt was pretty responsive to the numerous maintenance issues I had (sink drainage, fridge issue, stove issue, slight mouse issue but it was resolved right away). Although this sounds like a lot, I feel like things were taken care of if you submitted a ticket that said there was an emergency issue. So def be pushy about issues.

Air conditioning and laundry on premises Laucous at night. Neighbors often have parties. Walls in Btructure thin so can hear people walking around above you or fighting below you
