Not worth the money

Pros: The neighborhood is quite. Cons: Dirty, falling apart, management never available, mice and roaches, leaks, you can hear your neighbors walking around, you can hear when other people flush, water gets randomly dirty for hours, the lobby is dirty and smells like piss, big rat holes outside. Advice to landlord: Actually manage the property!
