Pros: Perfectly sized building with an incredible rooftop. Love the neighborhood. The super is very responsive and a genuinely nice person. Cons: When they switch the HVAC from cool to heat in the fall there are a few weeks where I wish the AC was still working. Not a big deal, but I have to break out the fan for those weeks. Old management company was not responsive (although the super was). New management seems much better! Advice to landlord: Keep it up!

Pros: I lived here for four years. I rarely had any complaints. The building was well maintained and everyone working there was friendly. Very safe community. Cons: The air conditioning system would stop working for a week or two EVERY SUMMER. I don’t think that’s an issue anymore though.
