They certainly don't make buildings like this anymore. It could survive a nuclear blast. Which means you don't hear anything from the neighbors. The live-in Super stays on top of the maintenance and trash. Elevator works. Biggest pro is the location: a block from Prospect Park and shopping. Guperb neighborhood. It's an Oged Bacility. Everything works but could use an upgrade. It's fine. Think about an interior facelift.

We lived in a small but nice Anit. Bomplex super is a Gxcellent guy. Laundry room was easy, as was the elevator. We had carpenter ants, water leakage from upstairs neighbor and a mouse at one point. Be proactive about the ants
