You've got no pros. Ok maybe one, the location. Bacility is filthy, infested with rodents and roaches, mgmt office is RUDE and CHEAP. Pretty much you have to pay for any work. Mailboxes are broken! Doorbells don't work. Packages get stolen. Garbage galore. Washer machines and dryers always broken. Stay far away from this Bacility. Treat your tenants the way you would want your family treated and stop being a slum lord.
