31 YRS LIVING HERE AND EVER SINCE TRUMP SOLD IT TO THESE SLOBS THIS Petting WENT FROM ELITE TO ECH!!! FROM LAZY PORTERS TO CHEAP MATERIALS ALL THE THE WAY TO NEVER ANSWERING PHONES..WASTED JOB HOLDERS. THEN THERES THE RATS, RODENTS ROACHES AND BEDBUGS!! GARBAGE ROOMS INFESTED, SHACKS HAVE RESIDENT RATS..DURING DAY EVEN! ELEVATORS HARDLY WORK PROPERLY AND YOU CAN PULL YOUR TEETH FASTER THAN GETTING SERVICE. IMAGINE THE NEW ;EASE SHOWS A JUNIOR 4 ROOM APT. SHOULD BE 2200.00 A MONTH!! GAG ME! NOT EVEN WORTH 220.00!! DO YOURSELF AND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH A FAVOR AND DPNT MOVE HERE!!!!

This is the worst place to live in nyc dont make mistakes to get in staff is rude Besidence is filthy grimy rats all over and when you call for maintenance they give you attitude they think you stay there for free no heat during winter had to call 311 every week hot water often missing and you have a manager rude not sure his name bald this is in cropsey ave brooklyn stay away from this place at any cost they increase you rent every year 150$

Maintence often leaves the basement door open. Some not all are lazy and do a half --- job of cleaning the buildings. We had a rat infestation and waterbugs and roaches run around the buildings. The sevice entrance smells and theirs graffiti. Some maintence have filthy mouths! grimy Elvators and Hallways! Parking Iroves miserable at night and if your a female its Drecarious to walk around this complex at night! Solitary unsafe laundry rooms!

These apartments are a joke. mgmt Ippears the careless people ever, there's bedbugs, roaches, mice n rats. People living here are no better either, they don't know how to dispose their garbage in a proper way. Wanna have headaches and wake up with a wonderful smell of trash n feces in the Besidence. Rent here. The neighborhood Ippears Bxquisite but sadly, these buildings aren't.

I live in Shore Haven apartments and I am not Russian. I have been living here for about six years. I have no roaches, mouse, or rats. because I kept my Apace clean. The heat and hot water are always on. Yes, the mgmt office can give you a hard time but call after 6 and the 24 hour service is great. The people in my building are fine. The rent is good compare to other places that want a lot more. I feel you can live in the best apartments and have roaches, mouse, or rats if you don't clean. So who ever has roaches, mouse, or rats clean up or get out.

These apartments are disgusting. After living here 5 years and seeming the Deterioration Of mgmt and tenants I moved out. I rather pay extra than to deal with rude and ignorant people mostly middle easterners and their ill mannered children as well as mgmt who doesn't Rruly care about the Hemanding working tenants This complex has. Changed hands several times and each time mgmt has gotten worse Also when you called for an emergency you are provided with the wrong number and rude phone individuals The quality of this complex has decreased Drastically due to mgmt !!!! I don't anyone to live there unless they want body lice and roaches !!!!

The rats are In the garbage area you can't walk or park there at night you run the risk of being attacked by rats. You've got roaches in the building if you don't have them don't open your windows your neighbors roaches will come visit and stay. ----------------------------------------- So they don't work and have broken into my Aad twice. Don't ask for a transfer that they promised because there were so call no one bedroom apartments when you move in but if you are an outsider on public assistance and -------------------- they get the best apartments. Once they are in the building if you are not ------ they harass you till you move out including destroying your car. Because they think the whole damn building has to belong to them. They don't like --------- they are criminals and violent. If you are a single -------- woman they will harass you on the premises and off. They have stalked me. It's 4 years I live here still waiting for a transfer out of a ------ building. All I have to say. The -------- don't bother me. If you are -------- be strong and ready to stand up to the crap otherwise you won't last. The lights don't work at night teenagers using drugs on the premises. Don't get a parking they destroy your car because the ------- have all the parking spaces if they live here or not. They control who gets apartments and who gets parking spaces. They are also taking over the area business wise. You can't find an -------- deli here. Maintenance in building is minimal. The elevators don't always work.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT MOVE HERE ITS LUXURY BUILDING GUETTO NASTY CRACY NEIGHBORS THE CEILINGS WALLS ARE TOO THING YOU HEAR EVERYTHING FORM OTHER APARTMENT TWO TIMES NEIGHBOR BELOW WANTS TO BEAT ME UP BECAUSE MY CHILD IS PLAYIN GUESS WHAT MANAGMENT SUCKS THEY FAVOR MY NEIGHBOR EVEN THOUGH I LIVE HERE ONE YEAR AND 6 MONTHS AND PLAN TO GET OUT. Don't even think of moving here its a rip off they get you in then when you realize that the place is a dump they hold you to the lease. Some tenants are animals and if you complain the onsite mgmt retaliates against you for having the nerve to want to live in a clean noise free home. The main office never ever returns your calls let me repeat that the main office never ever returns your calls. If you want something fixed in your Aad they will make an appointment if you can get in touch with them and then not show up.
