Replace existing gas piping from cellar to OSP to roof for related Generator replacement. Generator filed under DOB # B00754003
Remove existing platform and non-emergency generator from room and install new steel beams and non-emergency generator on the roof, as per plan. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
Removal of existing stairs 1st floor to the cellar, closing existing openings and removal of cellar partitions at apartments A2, A5 and A24. No changes to the egress, use or occupancy under this application.
REGISTER LAUNDRY ROOM EQUIPMENT
Modification to existing VERIZON site. Install 4 antennas and 4 RRHs, replace 12 RRHs, and install 1 new cabinet on existing platform on the roof.
Installation of telecommunications equipment platform, antenna sectors with related RRH units, and GPS units on the roof. All work in conformance with TPPN#5/98. No change in use, egress, or occupancy.
