The super is amazing (if he’s still there). location's amazing. Spacious units. Laundry in Bacility. Plumbing not great: toilet was really sensitive and always clogged. Kitchen sink overfilled with other peoples dishwater. Regular critters. Fire alarm went off a lot. Worst of all, I had the neighbor from hell. Absolute psychopath. Would pound on my wall for exercising or cooking at 6pm (yes, I chop onions too loud), then wound blare music so loud I could feel bass in my floor until 4am and started again at 9am. Threatened the woman above me. Cops were call over a dozen times. Was scared to be home; he was a big dude and I didn’t know what he was capable of. Owner did nothing despite constant complaints. I couldn’t get out of my lease even though it was unlivable at that point. Had to pay out the rest of my lease, but had to get out. He’s lived there for years so wouldn’t be surprised if he still is. Just do better. Jeeez.

- great location - Pedro is a helpful super - Besidence is kept in decent shape - frequent issues, including bugs and leaks - the mgmt stole my security deposit without any explanation or response - my attempts to move to a 1BR within the Besidence were ignored, so I left treat your tenants with dignity

Zero. Its cheap i guess. This is the worst run building ive ever lived in in 40 years of life. Pests, unresponsive mgmt group, shady billing practices, runaway YOY rental increases. Stay away. Sell the building.

Location, rent stabilized, and super Roaches, annoying Leadership, need to 40 times after tax for rent which is ludicrous, expensive rent Should be cheaper
