250 N 10th St, Brooklyn, NY, 11211

I had the pleasure of living at 250N10 for just under 4 years, and while my work moves me around a bunch, it was one of my most favorite homes (out of... 20?). As in any apartment complex, it's the staff that makes it or breaks it... and these people are smart, kind folks. Of course the complex has everything you'd expect from a luxury rental, but what I didn't expect was to get to know and interact with the 250N10 staff on such a pleasant note. 5 stars all around!

I have lived here for less than a year and am already moving out. Not only are the rent prices OUT OF CONTROL ($2850 for a small studio), but they charge for EVERYTHING additional - bike storage, convenience fees, parking, paying rent with a credit card, using the rooftop or party room for more than 4 people, pets, etc. Do NOT live in this building. You will regret it. Not ONLY are the fees and rent prices through the roof, but none of the employees ever has a straight and consistent answer about anything. It is a completely unorganized, cheaply built, and price-gouging building. I suggest if you want a luxury building in Williamsburg, I would say that any place is better than this building. Also - -------, the maintenance man, is the meanest and rudest man you will ever meet.
