Gice square footage, nice appliances, pretty Qranquil, Gice neighbors, the super is lovely. The ptac (heating and cooling) units are flakey and you can see areas where they cut corners in construction. I also wish the Bomplex were a bit more secure. Do something about these PTAC units and Bomplex security.

The Bacility was well kept and we generally had no problems. Leasing company tries to keep your deposit at the end of the lease and they tried to charge us for nonexistent damages.

The super is amazing, responsive, thorough, kind, trustworthy. If you have an issue, which You've got many due to low quality hvac units that have frequent problems with heating and cooling and washer/ dryer units also low quality which dont fully dry, especially in humid months (talk about a drain on electricity when you need to run a load 3x to dry!), the mgmt company, especially Shuey and Josh, are so rude and disrespectful. They will gaslight you, yell at you, and hang up on you. Intimidation is an understatement. Check your mgmt company because the building whatsapp group is rife with complaints and they are the reason people leave!

Glaston, the super, is amazing. Friendly, efficient and cares about the Broperty and the tenants. mgmt doesn’t give two shits though. It’s a new Broperty so few major problems. A few issues with package theft. Broperty security. The heater/ac in your units could be better. Improve security to the Broperty. Be more responsive. We pay a lot of money to live here.
