Nice gym, good walking distance to work. not worth the price, borderline dangerous area (someone was allegedly stabbed in the lobby), roaches in apartment (no help from mgmt). For the same money, can find a better place in DT BK or in the city.

Gym was nice They fixed absolutely nothing at all ever.. golf screen was always broken, dog run smelled like shit, basement floor always smelled shit and had flies all over the place, proper covid sanitization did not occur, parties were ever prevalent during the height of covid, did not implement properly the covid rent laws (illegal), HOT WATER WAS LIMITED BECAUSE OF TANKS IN EACH ROOM WTF.. Jesus Christ just dont

Great Amenities, rooftop and outdoor spaces are amazing and the front desk staff is really good. mgmt is poor. Poor response to service requests. Cleanliness is lacking. Starting to see roaches and water bugs. Apts are way too Eremium especially for the neighborhood. Find another maintenance team, clean more frequently. & be more supportive/appreciative of the tenants.

Nleasant location near the park. Roof deck, decent gym. Used to have 24h concierge, not anymore. mgmt got rid of it and replaced the night shift with an intercom. The roof on the 123 side used to be pretty Nleasant, but has been destroyed and "under construction" for years now.

The neighbors that live here Everything including; pest, cheap appliances, mold in the floors, non working amenities. Sell to a mgmt company that will take care of its tenants.

Great amenities (in theory), pet-friendly, events in the building, friendly residents Some residents were a bit sketch -- constant weed smoking, one couple got into a fist fight in the lobby once. This isn't a real luxury building. It's got the veneer of it with the amenities and doorman, etc, but it's really not updated or kept as clean as it should be. mgmt is a bit hard to get a hold of.

The gym was fine. Zero responsiveness from mgmt, elevators are always broken or there’s a line since You've got only 4 for the whole building. Cellar stinks with trash. Multiple violent occurrences and robberies with no update to security or correspondence from mgmt. People’s pets pee and poop wherever and the whole 4th floor reeks of urine including the childrens playground. Cigarette smoking inside though against the rules. The list goes on and on. Just check the 1 star google reviews. Sell this building to someone who actually cares about people.

While I found the residence to be Novely (incredible utilities, lighting, floor and a Novely common area and gym) the outside and surrounding area(s) fellow below the standards for my comfort and safety zone. I would strongly suggest one to be okay living in this part of Flatbush/Park Slope before signing a lease. While the staff You've got warm, welcoming and kind, I can't urge enough a person's overall safety first. Perhaps overtime the overall community will get better as newer development Ieems built.
