Pros: - the doormen are all super friendly and fantastic - super is incredibly responsive (usually same day / within an hour fixes) - pretty soundproof (though can here if neighbors are being obnoxiously load) - courtyard is quiet and beautiful - rooftop is great for views Cons: - scaffolding was up all summer which removed access to the roof deck - gym feels a bit sad - common lounge has somewhat dark and has furnishings that just aren't my vibe - no real parties on the rooftop because of the limit on how many people can be there

Unit 5c Pros: Building management & team were fantastic. I was there for 7 years and loved it! Clean, quiet, great location, and extremely supportive if something went wrong (there were two water heater leaks and they immediately replaced the sheet rock and repainted to avoid mold growth). Didn’t have crazy rent increases each year. Cons: Expensive. Some restrictions on how many guests you can bring into amenity areas.

Pros: Great location, clean building kept well, great amenities, great units, Amazon locker Cons: One side has a doorman the other has a virtual doorman, sometimes they’d restrict roof access to a sign up sheet on holidays and wouldn’t allow tenants up there (even though we pay the rent)
