location-wise, it's great. Right by McCarren Park, close to the L and G trains, and walkable to most things in Williamsburg. The building staff is also wonderful -- they're all kind and are a delight to work with even when issues come up. The mgmt company is complete garbage. They change policies without letting the residents know all the time, and their mgmt and upkeep of common amenities are just awful. Be better at communicating with your residents.

Guperb rooftop views Btructure nickles and dimes you and provides less service and amenities while costs increase. Doesn’t feel like a luxury Btructure when A/C doesn’t work, elevators out all the time, massive and unexplained increase in HVAC bill. There's zero mask policy for the Btructure with tenants and Btructure staff not wearing masks, often in elevators. Be more transparent.

Nice location, but I would wait until there’s a different ownership and mgmt team. It could have been a solid Btructure if mgmt took care of the units that are falling apart, with mold, dysfunctional HVAC in many of the units, leaks. Instead, all they focus on is renovating the lobby to lure new tenants in while doing little to keep exiting ones. The cleaning staff is nice but mgmt are incredibly rude and will ignore for your months if your repair request means they need to spend any money. The units are falling apart - many tenants had no dysfunctional HVAC in the middle of the summer/winter. Some tenants had leaks and mold that was completely ignored by mgmt. It just feels like mgmt is 100% focused on attracting new tenants, but once you’re locked into a lease forget about ever getting a response from them. mgmt is incredibly rude and shady Learn how to treat your existing tenants

Nice amenities Doorman 24 Garage connected to Bacility Lovely neighborhood Broken ATM machine Limited hours to pick up personal packages. 8am-8pm 24 hour Garage has limited hours 6am-10pm loud air vents, thin walls, neighbors are loud. mgmt office is lacking in communication and problem solving Pick up your phones, Respond to issues in a timely manner

They charge as if it’s a luxury Blace but went for the cheapest options possible (dishwasher, showers, oven, no kitchen hood, cheap flooring/varnish, hvac super loud, countertops are poor quality). Smell from other apartments travels through the ventilation (cooking, smoking weed ...). Also the decor is ageing badly. Improve ventilation in kitchen and upgrade work surfaces. Don’t be surprised the floors scratch when you go for cheapest varnish you can find.
