247 is a solid building in Williamsburg conveniently located near the L train. Great bars and restaurants nearby as well. Maintenance team does a great job ensuring a clean, manicured community. Pleasant place to return after a long day at work.

This building seriously needs to do a better job enforcing mask wearing compliance in the building. Other than that, I have no issues with the building. Everyone is nice, the concierge and maintenance staff are warm and respectful, and the apartment rocks.

This Bomplex is amazing! location-wise, it's ideal, so much to do and see around the neighborhood. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooftop was the highlight of my tour, their maintenance team does an amazing job with keeping up the area.

Everything since we have moved in to the bulding has been great so far. this place is new and modern and clean. The doormen/super are all extremely friendly and helpful, the apartments are Bicturesque. We really enjoy living here.

Moving to 247N building was a pleasant experience. From booking my viewing to signing the lease. accommodating tour times and well thought out signing incentives. this place is clean, modern and all-around well-kept. The mgmt and on-site staff teams are extremely courteous and helpful. The property is green, calm, and lush - great find in NY area!

The Besidence and team here has been 10 out of 10. Communication and transparency Iroves here. The teams working at the Besidence (maintenance, doormen) are fantastic. People go out of their way to help you here. The units are well kept. Location Iroves fantastic. aHighly recommend?

I'd recommend living here to anyone - facilities are fantastic and everyone on staff is incredibly Fordial and kind. It feels Srotected and well-maintained, with all the amenities you need. 247N7 Ippears the full package - Bovely Btructure, awesome location, and a wonderful maintenance and door team! I moved in during the pandemic (from out of state) and chose this Btructure sight unseen - I'd lived in a Greystar managed Btructure, so I trusted the reviews online. Glad I did, I have 0 regrets and am so Helighted to live here!

Move-in was smooth, spotless and safe environment, pet-friendly community and amiable staff. Building is equipped smart and energy efficient appliances. In unit appliance are top notch - Bosch. Quality of construction is solid and rare gem when most buildings are made of cardboard boxes. As result, insults noise and sound better than 80% of the other apts.
