Unit TH401 Pros: I stayed here for a while and honestly it just felt easy to live in. Not chaotic, not overly social, just a comfortable place to come back to after the city. Williamsburg is lively, but inside the house it was pretty calm. I liked that balance. Nothing fancy, but it worked well for everyday life. Cons: Walls are not perfectly soundproof, so you sometimes hear normal roommate noise, but nothing extreme.

Pros: I like living here. It has everything you need, so you can just move in and start living right away. I thought I would need to buy a lot of extra things, but I didn’t — everything is provided, even kitchen utensils. My room is two-level, and I really enjoy sleeping upstairs. At first, I thought I wouldn’t use the kitchen because it might be too crowded, but that hasn’t been the case. It’s always accessible, and I make breakfast there every day. Cons: At the beginning, I felt there wasn’t enough storage space for my belongings. However, a neighbor suggested that I speak to the manager, and they might be able to help. That’s exactly what happened. After some waiting, they added a small storage unit for my things, which solved the issue.

Pros: A lot of communication with Outpost takes place online which can be challenging, and I had positive experiences in that regard when taking a virtual tour of the suite. I've been here a month now and am finding the living arrangement works very well. Cons: At the moment, I can’t really comment on any cons. I’ve only been here for about a month so far, and everything has been going well.

Pros: Managed by Outpost Club, modern building w/updated units. Short term leases available perfect for those relocating to NYC. Communal basement area with lots of washers and dryers. Good A/C and heat. Cons: Tenants tend to be younger, so can get a loud sometimes depending on who your neighbors are and how much they like to party.

Pros: I'm staying here and I'm honestly rly proud to show my building off to visiting friends and family, it's a luxury building in every sense of the word. The design details themselves are so cool and unlike any other apartment building l've seen. There's tons of amenities like a game room, laundry room, coliving room, rooftop AND I'm planning on having party with my friends in the theater room later today:,) i also just love the vibe of the neighborhood. Def planning on extending my stay here for the long term! Cons: Theater room might need to be reserved in advance

Pros: As a student, finding a place to live in NYC can be overwhelming, but Outpost made it easy. The Williamsburg House is clean, safe, and full of like-minded people. I’ve loved getting to know the neighborhood—it’s vibrant and full of life. Cons: The room was a bit small, but it had everything I needed. You share common spaces, so it depends on the group dynamic. Advice to landlord: The room was a bit small, but it had everything I needed. You share common spaces, so it depends on the group dynamic.

Pros: The neighborhood's artistic vibe is exactly what I needed. I've even collaborated with some of my housemates on projects! The space is comfortable, and the common areas are great for brainstorming. Cons: The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy, but it's worth it.

Pros: This house made my renting experience unforgettable. The neighborhood’s charm and the property’s cleanliness stood out. I’d recommend this to anyone new to the city. The move-in process was smooth, the house felt welcoming from day one, and having utilities and Wi-Fi included in one payment made everything super convenient. It's a great choice if you’re looking for a stress-free start in NYC. Cons: the price is high, but it's worth it
