DECOMMISSION OF EXISTING SPRINT/CW TELECOM SITE. REMOVE EXISTING EQUIPMENT PLATFORMS FROM ROOF & OSP. REMOVE 15 ANTENNA, 6 RRH, 1 GPS FROM ROOF. REMOVE CABLING FROM ROOF, OSP AND BASEMENT. NO CHANGE IN USE, EGRESS OR OCCUPANCY. ORIGINAL APPROVAL 300555218
MODIFICATION TO AT&T SITE. REPLACE (4) ANTENNAS, INSTALL (3) RRH UNITS AND REPLACE (1) EQUIPMENT CABINET WITH RELATED EQUIPMENT. ALL IN CONFORMANCE WITH TPPN 5/98. NO CHANGE IN USE, EGRESS OR OCCUPANCY.
Replacement of existing telecommunications antennas with replacement of RRH units on roof. Removal/installation of cabinets on existing equipment platform on roof. All work in compliance with TPPN 5/98. No change to occupancy, use, or egress.
