Pros: Location, view, friendly neighbors Cons: Poor maintenance, poor pest control, heat erratic, super is overwhelmed, garbage closet chutes extremely poorly maintained. Advice to landlord: Building needs much better regular maintenance done and far better professional pest control. Building should be in much better shape

Pros: Relatively close to the subway, shops and a lot of nice restaurants Cons: Roaches in elevator and common areas, smell of marijuana, non responsive property manager who is also not very bright, but extremely arrogant. Advice to landlord: Be involved in problems of the renters and share holders. Manager isn’t just a person who receives salary for doing absolutely nothing. Do something useful for your tenants instead of harassing them.

Pros: Well maintained, Live-in Super, never had issues with packages. Laundry in building which was recently completed updated. Management office is pretty responsive. Cons: Older building. Steam heating is not the best. Roach problem through out building including lobby

Pros: Quiet; peaceful; clean; laundry mat; garage; backyard. Cons: Nosy neighbors; superintendent isn’t helpful; management is not responsive enough; heat is a huge issue. Advice to landlord: Put on the heat, stop freezing us every winter.

Pros: affordable, quiet, laundry in building Cons: roaches everywhere, whole building wreaks of smoke, super has a nasty attitude and people are racist. quiet for the most part but laundry room is often used after hours. Advice to landlord: stop trying to be a dictator.
