Pros: I lived here for many years. The landlord Sean was so kind and on top of things. Any issue I had, he fixed it immediately. Not a bandaid fix either, a proper fix. The location is incredible and some of my best memories are from the shared courtyard. This apartment will forever hold a special place in my memories Cons: Since you are in prime Williamsburg, the street facing room can get noisier but that's most NYC apartments. I just used a noise machine and slept great. The hallway could use some updating, it doesn't match the quality that you see inside the apartments. Advice to landlord: It'd be great to update the buzzer to have a security camera. It would prevent the wrong people from getting in and stealing packages

Pros: I’ve lived in Sean’s buildings for 4.5 years and he is amazing. He is so responsive and will get things done for you! I’ve never had a pest in an apartment. Ever. Seriously he is a great landlord Cons: We were first floor so it could be loud if people were outside but very rarely was it bad. Neighbors are respectful and let you know in advance if they had plans for the back patio. Advice to landlord: I will miss living in your buildings!!!!!
