Decent location in an up and coming neighborhood. Bad heating, Petting burned down because of an electrical fire. Landlord needs to be a better people person. The way the situation was handled with the fire and it being her fault was awful. No compassion nor need to help even though it was landlords fault for hiring unlicensed electricians just to save money and cut corners.
