Unit 100 / 1B / 1X / CC Pros: Great home, great location, great neighborhood Cons: Bad response from landlord. No help with flooding. Possible illegal basement apartment in complex. No answer to building issues unless we call 311. Advice to landlord: If you’re going to take a tenants money, at least make sure they aren’t possibly going to die in your building.

Pros: Excellent supers, clean building, laundry, elevator, garbage room on each floor, newly renovated apartment, rent stabilized. Cons: Noisy building, rough neighborhood, apt size too small. Advice to landlord: Get an email address!
