Pros: I liked the location and proximity to the train station Cons: The building was dirty and run down, elevators were slow, there was mold, and the surrounding area was dangerous

Pros: Love that there were numerous elevators and 24hr security. Free garbage bags, toilet paper, and package room access at least during all business hours and Saturdays. Good game room and study areas. Cons: Mold and water damage in bathroom, and did not receive any compensation, discount, or fix for it. No microwave in kitchen and dirty common room furniture.

Pros: Short-term rental is only priced ~25% above market for a comparable long-term rental Responsive NYU staff (student volunteers) Cons: Pretty small on some floors Some walls were not complete all the way up to the top

Pros: Good transportation options nearby, spacious, furnished, in-building laundry, community Cons: Stove took too long to heat up, noisy, AC would frequently break (maintenance was quick to respond though)

Pros: Right on the edge of Tribeca and Chinatown. Cons: Kind of a busy loud area. Honking and people screaming in the street at night. No big grocery store (i.e. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's) within 10 min walk.

Pros: Very nice area, The location is convenient to cycle in financial district. The guards are super nice and attentive any problems Cons: It’s a bit noisy especially if you have a room near the Main Street. Rooms on the higher floor has issues with water draining
