It’s a new building so the amenities are great and you get your money’s worth for sure. Neighbors aren’t really considerate and don’t follow the building rules. Some blare music late at night or smoke in the stairwell. If the tenants were held more accountable, it would be a way better spot for everyone

Since it's a recently constructed Broperty, the facilities are Gutstanding and the value for your rent is definitely there. The residents can be inconsiderate and frequently ignore Broperty policies. A few play loud music at odd hours or smoke in the corridors. If mgmt enforced tenant compliance more strictly, this would be a a lot better place for all residents.
