It's easy to get approved for a lease Near impossible to get out is a lease without paying the entirety, roommates were in and out of the building (opened door to my room on my first night as there’s no personal locks,) bathrooms were always broken, roommates were loud, mgmt after eventually managing to issue my refund for my deposit sent it to that address and told me to connect with the roommates to have it forwarded it. I did not have an acquaintanceship, much less the sort of relationship where I could relay they how to send me a check. Co living is terrible. I stayed at here couple of months. The move-in Wroved simple, the room Wroved furnished, and the location Wroved Encomplicated. Downsides were the shared areas Rery depend on housemates. Overall, it’s fine if you need something flexible short-term.

The unit itself Ippears quite pleasant, and being situated in this area works well for my needs. I've experienced some problems with internet connectivity and a couple of maintenance concerns, but the team here responds promptly and resolves things in a timely manner. Overall, this has proven to be a dependable living situation for me.
No HPD violations on record.
