Pros: The location is great and the apt is functional. Cons: Stacey is the worst building manager I’ve ever had. She let a serious bug infestation in the building go for 2+ months. She won’t respond to anything (unless you threaten 311) and when she does, she’ll gaslight you.

Unit 2 Pros: Clean, Renovated apartment Cons: Very poorly constructed, cabinets slapped together just to look nice. Recurring rodent problems. Unresponsive management. Heat did not turn on throughout winter. Advice to landlord: Please be prompt with your tenants and clearly communicate progress in fixing issues. They pay too much money to live in your building and have their needs not met.
