Pros: Location is in a good and central spot. Close to the train station at Yankee Stadium Cons: A very old building, no amenities. Frequent problems with machines and appliances.

Pros: Clean building, two elevators. Cons: super and doorman are racist they question only the POC coming in the building. Advice to landlord: Stop judging tenants!

Pros: It attempts to have some semblance of systems in place. Overall everything for the most part is in working order. Cons: There are two elevators in the building, one of which is occasionally under maintenance due to age. There are garbage distinctions but tenants do not adhere to rules( differentiate plastics from glass, etc..) If you live on the back side of the complex, you will hear your loud neighbors.
