Pros: Absolutely none there Is no pros to living in this building Cons: Rodent infestation bug infestation no heat in the winter no hot water this place is completely falling apart repairs never get done the building is never clean lights got cut off more then once & claims to be a private building but never is staff is rude & disrespectful Advice to landlord: Get new staff

Pros: Literally Nothing is a pro besides maybe the size of the apartments are better decent compared to other nyc apartments Cons: This building is truly a horror filled with pest. They never clean the hallways. Hallway lights got caught off multiple times. Wavecrest Management SUCKS & will not help you unless you call the 25 times about the same issue. If you want heat during the winter look elsewhere this place ain’t for you unless your looking for a new pet mouse to live with. Advice to landlord: Actually repair the building & treat for the mice & roaches this building is super old & needs tcl. Stop being lazy & doing cosmetic fixes that do not work. At least pretend you care about the properties you own.
