Pros: Cheap for what it is. Seems like it was newly renovated. Cons: Walls are incredibly thin. I can hear the neighbors in the building next door through the walls. Horrible drafts in all of the bedrooms. Very unreliable and unfaithful landlord. Plugs have gone without getting fixed for entire residency. Packages get stolen but the security cameras don’t work to track down the thief.
