I've being living in Skyview for 3 years and I don't have one single complaint...location-wise, it's amazing, close to the west side road, some nice shops areound. 24h doorman ( everybody every legit and polite), I feel 100%safe. I have a cover garage ( I pay $140/month) without complaining! During summer time I enjoy the amazing swimming pool and Gym. I am moving in july due to job reasons..otherwise I would start thinking about buying my own apt. quite and clean. I have a Btunning view from my apt..I can see part of the Hudson River....so peaceful... I am sad that I leaving this place. I really recommend!

It will be three years in Skyview in June, and I am quite happy there. Cons: Poor color choice when they repained the basement halls at 5700. The pool gets a little crowded but if you go early it's ok. Pros: Great maintenance staff. Safe and well-maintained.

Super good COVID prevention (and results!) Friendly neighbors and tons of activities Super responsive staff (always and went the extra mile this year) Lots of heat and water pressure A/c sleeves vs in windows Super gym and pool Average to thin walls and 8 foot ceilings make for more noise than in older thick buildings It’s a co-op so renters have an individual owner to deal with, and not understand What's the co-op vs direct landlord in terms of repairs and internal fixtures (like shower head pressure) Keep up the good work
