Pros: This is a family friendly building with lots of kids. Perfect for young families. Easy access to the Henry Hudson Parkway for quick driving to the west side. Cons: Accessibility can be challenging if not able bodied. Every entrance has some amount of stairs required. Also only one slow elevator on each side so when it is out of order it becomes a walk up.
